A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. The amount of deposit might be adjusted according to size, detail and artist selected. Deposits are used to secure the time slot you have chosen. It will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo on the last session(if applicable).

Free Consultation

Consultations are not mandatory, but we highly recommend contacting us to book a consultation to discuss your ideas with one of our artists or management staffs first to get pricing quotes and more design suggestions, to fully enhance your tattoo experience and quality of the art work.


Free Touch Up

At Flow Tattoo, we take immense pride in the artistry and quality of our work as the best tattoo shop in the industry. Understanding that a tattoo is a lifelong commitment, we offer a complimentary 60-day touch-up policy to ensure your ink remains as vibrant and beautiful as the day you received it.

  1. Eligibility: Our 60-day free touch-up policy is available to all clients following their final tattoo session with the original artist.

  2. Time Frame: Free touch-ups must be claimed within 60 days from the date of your original tattoo session. We believe this period allows ample time for healing and for any potential need for touch-ups to become apparent.

  3. Booking Your Touch-Up: To claim your free touch-up, simply contact the studio where you received your original tattoo. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability of your original tattoo artist, although we will strive to accommodate your schedule as best as we can.

  4. Scope of Touch-Ups: This policy covers minor touch-ups that are typical within the first few weeks of healing. It does not cover major alterations or additions to the original design.

  5. Aftercare Compliance: Free touch-ups are contingent on proper aftercare of your tattoo. Failure to follow our aftercare guidelines may void this offer.

  6. Health and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if the tattoo area shows signs of improper care or if there are health and safety concerns.

  7. Touch up policy might vary for certain artist, please confirm policy details when make bookings with your artist.
